Our goal is to make things as easy as possible for our patients. Our Practice Administrator is happy to work with patients individually to resolve insurance issues, as well as set-up payment plans if needed.
Also, we make every effort to answer all incoming calls, but please be aware that calls directed to the nurses’ line will have to leave a message. The nurses return calls throughout the day, so be sure to leave a number where you can be reached easily.
Additionally, when the receptionists have patients checking in, checking out, as well as several incoming calls at once, some of these calls may go to the message line. Please be assured that someone will call you back as soon as possible. Your calls are very important to us.
